DIALING INSTRUCTIONS

To place a domestic long distance call simply:

1. Dial your local access code from a Touch-Tone™ phone.
2. Wait for dial tone.
3. Dial the area code and phone number of the person you wish to call.
   You will never dial ‘1’ or ‘0’ before the area code.

3. Dial 999 (replaces 011), the country code, city code and the
   number of the person you wish to call.

Reverse Calling offers your friends, family or business associates
the ability to call you using reverse calling and charging the time
of the long distance call to your package rather than the phone they are using.
To use the feature, you simply:

1. Give them the access code for their area.
2. Ask them to dial the access code from any Touch-Tone™ phone.
3. Advise them to wait for the dial tone.
4. Remind them that once they hear the dial tone, they only dial your
   area code and phone number without a ‘1’ or ‘0’ in front of it.
